SUWONG fried rice


  • 1 pouch SUWONG fried rice seasoning
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) water
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 500 ml (2 cups) rice, cooked and cooled


  1. Dissolve contents of the packet of seasoning mix in water. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat and sauté green onions, then add cooked rice.
  3. Pour seasoning mix over rice.
  4. Mix well, heat through and serve

Recipe Tips

For an authentic touch, add a scrambled egg, diced cooked chicken, green peas, or diced blanched carrots.
