St-Hubert is now part of a group of restaurant banners that are corporate affiliates, divisions, or franchisees of RECIPE (the “RECIPE Group”). As a result, policies and procedures related to the management of your Personal Information processed by or on behalf of St-Hubert are generally established and enforced by RECIPE in accordance with the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.
The RECIPE Group recognizes your right to privacy and is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of all guests in St-Hubert’s restaurants, users of St-Hubert’s call-ahead take-out and delivery services, as well as user of this Website and any other Platform through which you communicate with St-Hubert. The intent of this Privacy Policy is to detail our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information you choose to share with the RECIPE Group through your interactions with the St-Hubert banner.

A large portion of the Personal Information that is collected through your interactions with the St-Hubert banner is, in fact, collected by third parties retained by St-Hubert and/or RECIPE to assist in the performance of some of its business activities. Notably, but without limitation, the RECIPE Group uses third parties that offer products or services that provide assistance in performing the following business activities: customer relationship management (CRM), complaint management, eCommerce, online surveys, online forms management, restaurant bookings, WiFi portal, donations and point-of-sale equipment.

A Note to Parents
The RECIPE Group is very sensitive to privacy issues and is committed to protecting the online privacy of children and making the Internet safe for our users. As a result, no Personal Information should be submitted to or posted on this site by children under the age of 18 without their parent’s or guardian’s permission. In addition, if a user younger than 18 wishes to send us Personal Information, he or she must first give us his or her parent’s or guardian’s e-mail address so that we can obtain their permission or have the child’s parent or guardian consent on his or her behalf.
