Oriental chicken stir fry


  • 1 pouch SUWONG Oriental stir fry mix
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) water
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) vegetable oil
  • 225 g (1/2 lb.) fresh chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 750 ml (3 cups) Oriental frozen mixed vegetables


  1. Dissolve contents of the packet of SUWONG Oriental stir fry mix in water. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat half the vegetable oil over high heat.
  3. Add chicken. Sauté, stirring constantly, approximately 3 minutes. Keep warm.
  4. Heat remaining oil over medium heat and add frozen vegetables.
  5. Sauté until vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
  6. Add diluted sauce mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  7. Add chicken.
  8. Heat through and serve.

Serve with rice vermicelli and chopped green onions.
